Armin Luistro, FSC, Secretary of Education, regarding the PDRC’s legislative proposal to declare Filipino Sign Language as the National Sign Language on 8 September 2011, at 9a.m., at the DepEd Central Office, DepEd Complex, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City. Congressman Tinio hosts the Dialogue between the department of Education Officials and the Deaf Community.

Meet up at the Ever Gotesco Mall, Fairview (Front of the Mall) on September 12, 2011 from 1pm-2pm, from there we were to conduct a parade march to Congress. We will be joining the Plenary Session on the Department of Justice Budget Hearing. House Speaker Representative Sonny Belmonte will receive our petitions from
Representative Casino for our behalf.
