Journey to Break the Wall of Silence

Many travel by walking, riding a bus and all kinds of transportation or tour in different places. Whether beaches for your leisure, visiting a family, meeting new people and learning different cultures, biking can be another option. Bicycle makes you happy traveling, exercise as well and something discover a new world.



One of the Deaf who loves the bike by gifted of his father. He tended to travel with bicycle in different countries and He met three hearing friends. They travel together around the world and meet with Deaf people in Education and different country cultures until they visited the Philippines.


The School of Deaf Education and Applied Studies invited the Benildean Deaf Association and First year students of Deaf Identity Course with Ms. Jessel Arriola and Mary Joy Reyes to a short talk with a theme: “Journey on the breaking the wall of Silence” with Inspirational Speaker: Jose Luis Garcia Ginard (Deaf Spanish) and Raphy Domingo as International Sign Language Interpreter, held last December 9, 2011 at 1:00 - 2:30pm, PEN-MLC, DLS-CSB Taft Campus, Manila.











The next day, Mr. Ginard also appeared in Instituto Cervantes and shared about his travels, visits, and experiences in Deaf education in different parts of the world entitled “Inspiring Journey around in the Philippines.”
